Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
+We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, though we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. For weddings and large events, we suggest booking as early as possible.
What happens if the weather is bad?
+Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe for flight (high winds, rain, or storms), we’ll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. We monitor weather closely leading up to every session.
How long does a typical drone session take?
+Most sessions run between 1–2 hours depending on the scope of the project. Real estate shoots are often completed in under an hour, while events and larger properties may take longer.
Do you need FAA permission to fly at my location?
+As FAA Part 107 certified pilots, we handle all airspace authorizations and flight planning. Some locations near airports or restricted zones require advance approval — we take care of all of that for you.
How will I receive my photos and videos?
+Edited files are delivered digitally via a private online gallery or file transfer link, typically within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery is available upon request.
Do you travel outside your service area?
+Absolutely! While we’re based in Fairhope and primarily serve Mobile to Pensacola, we’re happy to travel for projects across the Southeast. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond our standard coverage area.
